Salary: £24,761 per annum (£12.21 per hour, paid weekly)
Overtime: Over 44 hours, paid at 1.5x the standard rate
About the Role: As a Sewing Machinist, you’ll join a team of over 80 dedicated professionals crafting high-quality men’s and women’s quilted outerwear. Working on an industrial flatbed machine and occasionally using overlock machines, you will ensure the production of garments meets our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities - Sewing men’s and women’s garments with precision and care.
- Confidently operating industrial flatbed and overlock machines.
- Contributing to the production of luxury quilted garments.
Working Hours: Choose your shift:
- 6am – 4:15pm or 7am – 5:15pm (Monday to Thursday).
- 30-minute unpaid break and a 15-minute paid break daily.
- Overtime available and paid at 1.5x the rate after 44 hours.
