- Salary: £13 per hour
- Role type: Temp to Perm - RTW in the UK required
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm (40 hours per week)
About the Role We are looking for a hardworking
Counterbalance / Forklift Truck Operator to join a dynamic warehouse environment. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading goods, moving materials safely, and supporting smooth operations. This is a physically demanding role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities - Safely operate forklift trucks to move materials across the warehouse and yard
- Load and unload goods from trucks, shelves, and storage areas
- Transport materials to designated locations within the facility
- Stack and store items in an organised manner for easy access
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Assist with inventory control and keep accurate records of materials moved
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
What We're Looking For - Valid Counterbalance/Bendi licence
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience in a physically demanding warehouse role
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
- Skilled in loading and unloading goods securely
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while following safety protocols
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
- IT literate and able to use company systems when required
