Our client is looking for a dynamic and energetic Office Administrator to join our small, dedicated team at our head office in Warrington.

Job Summary:
This is a customer-focused, multi-role position that requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers booking in-home flooring appointments, while also supporting the wider team with scheduling, payment handling, and general admin duties.

Experience in the carpet and flooring industry is an advantage but not essential we are more focused on finding someone with the right attitude, a proactive mindset, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and provide professional support
  • Make outgoing calls to confirm appointments and follow up on payments
  • Schedule fittings, coordinating customer needs and team availability
  • Process payments and resolve customer account queries
  • Manage emails and messaging platforms, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Maintain accurate records using our bespoke CRM system
  • Follow internal procedures to support daily operations
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience in office administration or a customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • CRM experience is essential (bespoke system training provided)
  • Able to work independently and within a small team
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Smart casual appearance and professional manner
